Why sizing matters more than anything
The single biggest reason a system underperforms is that it was never sized correctly for the space. Bigger is not better — an oversized unit short-cycles, wastes energy and struggles with humidity. Undersized, it runs flat-out and never quite gets there.
Too big
Short-cycles on and off, wastes energy, leaves the air clammy and wears out faster.

Site inspection & heat-load calc
An experienced technician measures up, assesses insulation and glazing, and calculates the correct capacity for your home — not a guess off the floor area.
Clear, itemised quote
You get a fixed quote that spells out the equipment, the work, and the warranty. No vague line items, no surprises on the day.
Professional installation
Licensed technicians and electricians install to ARC and Victorian Builder’s standards — tidy pipework, correct electrical, proper commissioning.
Commissioning & handover
We test the system under load, walk you through the controls, and leave the site clean. Then the 6-year warranty kicks in.
